About

I'm Zlatko Jovčić, a sales professional and aspiring software developer, based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I worked 2018-2022 in B2B sales of steel products used in construction, focusing on foreign markets.

This website is my software development portfolio and my chance to share with the world some of my knowledge and insights in many different areas, predominately programming, sales, languages and literature.

In August 2023 I have completed the programming course CS50x offered by Harvard University at edX platform. This course covers the following technologies: C, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Flask. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their programming skills. My aspiration is to make use of these valuable skills and enter tech industry, while taking advantage of my previous experience in sales and languages.

Studying languages and literature at the Faculty of Philology gave me a good foundation for communication with international clients and the creative spark needed for delivering original and innovative solutions. Besides my native Serbian, I am proficient in Italian and English.
